In the Xbox 360 game "Halo Wars," one of the achievements you can earn to raise your online gamerscore is Living Loving Bug. This achievement, worth 30 points, requires that you receive the powerful Scarab vehicle in the Reinforcements game mode.
Game Type
The Reinforcements game involves a timer that spawns new units every few minutes. You must upgrade your bases and collect resources, which the computer will automatically use up whenever it spawns units.
Requirements
The trick to earning the achievement is to be advanced to at least Tech Level 3, and to have 3000 resources and 20 population spaces free for the Scarab to spawn.
Method
Begin the game as a Prophet of Regret and take over any free bases on the map so that you have three running at once. Build five warehouses and a temple on each base and upgrade them all. Upgrade your Prophet and your attack turrets as well. Research to raise your Tech Level and also research the Followers upgrade. Collect any resources on the map to raise your resources high enough before the timer runs out. If done correctly, the Scarab will appear.
Tips
To make earning the achievement easier, set up a one-on-one Reinforcements game against the computer and set computer difficulty to "Easy." If there are too many units on your team, kill them off using the Cleansing Beam, or by letting the enemy kill them until your population is low enough to allow for the Scarab.
