Union Oyster House
Just like its name, this place is known for its fresh oysters.
Designated a historical landmark, the Union Oyster House is touted as America's oldest restaurant. Only minutes from the ocean, this is the place to sample Boston's famous clam chowder, or sample fresh oysters, lobster, and fish. The non-seafood menu is limited, but has a good selection of chicken and beef dishes, and this restaurant is also known for its decadent desserts.
