are gifts made from an individual or organization to a non-profit organization, for people in need or distress. The gifts can be in the form of cash, clothing, or skilled or unskilled services. Organizations to which such gifts are made (charitable organizations) are set up to assist people in need and distress, and often depend on these gifts for this purpose.
