The nightclub sits inside a transport bus depot and quickly drew attention for having one of the top sound systems in Europe. The venue also offers discounted ticket prices for students with IDs to encourage them to flock to the nightlife and electronic music. The club has no dress code, so jeans, trainers and T-shirts are acceptable attire. Guests should purchase tickets online and take the bar-coded ticket along with their IDs on the night of the event to gain admittance to this 18-and-over club. As of 2010, Ministry of Sound is open Friday from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. and Saturday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club
Ronnie Scott's is one of the oldest jazz clubs in the world and has entertained people for almost 60 years. The venue showcases legendary names in the world of modern jazz and jazz fusion and features jazz music in the main club and in the upstairs bar known as Ronnie's Bar. The ambiance is classy and relaxing, allowing clubgoers to sip a drink as they listen to artists like Jose Neto, Bobby Hutcherson, J.T.Q., Eliane Elias, Natalie Williams Soul Family and more. The non-smoking club is fully air conditioned and guarantees seating when patrons book in advance; however, if guests failed to book ahead of time the staff will assist them in locating available seats. Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club allows teens ages 14 to 17 when accompanied by an adult, provided they leave at 12 midnight. The venue's dress code is smart casual, although jeans are allowed. As of 2010, the club is open seven days a week with hours from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and 6 p.m. to 12 midnight on Sunday and holidays.
